On Saturday, we went and helped Tracy get some sand for the sandbox she built. Bridger got to see the digger get the sand and dump it in the back of the truck. I asked him what it was and he just gasped and said, "Look." Bridger was even good enough to fill up a wagon and haul it back to the sandbox to dump it all out.
The first load went pretty smoothly it felt like. I helped as much as I could, but I kept getting the be careful your pregnant look. We just needed a little more sand to top off the box. We went back and asked for half a yard, but the guy didn't seem to know how to measure it. He dumped a little in the truck and it didn't look like enough, so we asked him to add a little more... that turned into another whole yard!! Not only was that a lot more sand than we needed to fill the sandbox, but then we had that much more to shovel out and find a place for. Luckily we found a place for the extra sand, and the kids are already loving the sandbox!
